The Occupational Language Analyses: Child Care Administrators and Early Childhood Educators, developed by the Child Care Human Resources Sector Council in 2010, organises the professional skill sets required by administrators (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and breaks these skills down into ELCC environment specific competencies. The occupational language analysis for administrators starts on page 7 and can be used in developing job ads, inclusive of job descriptions, as well as the creation of performance review criteria, for administrators.
