In October 2023 AECENL’s annual provincial conference’s focus was, “Early Learning Journeys: Celebrating Educators and Making Early Learning Visible.”

Tina Geers, of Inspired Minds Early Childhood Coaching & Consulting, presented at the event. Tina refers to herself as “a Protector of Play, an Accidental Educator and an Advocate for Early Childhood Educators.” Tina’s appearance at this particular conference is supported by her motto: “Connecting our community of early childhood professionals to inspire them on their learning journey through playful, inspirational, and reflective training and development opportunities.”

Tina provides a variety of ECE-centred offerings. These include:

• Workshops & webinars for those looking for specific professional development opportunities;
• Leadership & management training for those looking to strengthen and enhance their skills in topics such as conflict resolution, communicating with families, and staff recruitment;
• A membership based “Protectors of Play” community that provides tailored resources for ECEs.
