The Operating Grant Program (OGP) is a key component of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement. As of January 1, 2023, the OGP mandates that participating child care services, inclusive of family child care providers, must reduce their rates to $10 per day for Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Full-Day School-Age children.
