The ECEHRC designed a resource, An Introductory Guide to Human Resources Management in Licensed Child Care, to support licensees and operators in their role of managing, leading, and motivating staff in licensed centre-based child care. The manual provides material to assist in the development of effective policies and practices that will lead to a more positive workforce, an increased capacity to both recruit and retain staff, and improved quality of child care.
